Oil <br />1 tsp. Cumin seeds <br />1 Onion, finely chopped <br />2 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste <br />3-4 Tomatoes, pulped <br />Salt, to taste <br />1 tsp. Red chilli powder <br />1 tsp. Turmeric powder <br />1 bowl Green peas <br />2 Green chillies, sliced <br />1 Capsicum, sliced <br />Coriander leaves <br />Medium sized (500 gms.) Cabbage, sliced <br />1 tsp. Garam masala <br />1 tsp. Coriander powder <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and fry the onion until pink. <br />2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while. <br />3. Then add pulped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook well. <br />4. Now add a bowl of green peas, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame. <br />5. Add green chillies, capsicum, coriander leaves, cabbage and mix thoroughly. <br />6.
